We stand behind our calls and offer a lifetime guarantee that these calls will handle the abuse of seasonal hunting.  We use a natural oil and hard wax finish to ensure these calls withstand the test of time.  We offer a full warranty if the wooden exterior ever splits or cracks due to environmental reasons, I do not foresee this being the case but you never know what wood will do.  Let us know and we will make it right, whether that is a refund or a free call please contact us and explain what happened. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your call, let us know, send it back, and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked but we always welcome feedback.  

Things we will not cover - blatant abuse like running the call over with your truck, shattered calls from negligent handling, we will work with you but the decision is ours to validate the warranty and issue the refund.
